School of Urban Construction and Safety Engineering mainly provides relevant enterprises or institutions with such social services as bridge structure safety assessment (including test and reinforcement of old bridges, static and dynamic loading test for newly built bridges, design of bridges of medium and small span and road test), fire protection of high-rise residential buildings, energy conservation and appraisal, engineering instructions and trainings.
